it was completely totaled. we got our stuff out of it, put it all in a uhual, and they towed it to a lot. We got $7000 out of it through insurance, which payed for a new van. When we first bought it used, it had already been "totaled" and refurbished, so I doubt that they will fix it AGAIN and try to sell it.

yeah, it's fun. The forks kind of bent (you can sort-of tell in the picture) and the new BB creaks like crazy but it rides well.
